West Suffolk Local Plan (Regulation 18) Preferred Options

Note: For the purposes of this preferred options consultation the housing settlement boundaries have been amended to include proposed residential and mixed use sites, the entirety of the land available has been included, but in some cases, and in particular the larger strategic sites, only part of the site will be required to deliver the homes, jobs and other land uses needed. This consultation and further evidence base work will be used to refine the site boundaries which will be in the final version of the local plan. Employment allocations and landscape buffers where their location has been defined are not included within the housing settlement boundary.

A full review of housing settlement boundaries will be undertaken to inform the final version of the local plan and published as evidence to support that document.
