These site submissions were submitted to the council during the issues and options local plan consultation 2020 and no assessment of their availability, suitability or achievability has been undertaken. The next step is to assess the sites and this information will be placed on the website as soon as possible.

Settlements (identified as towns, key service centres, local services centres and type A villages) in the draft settlement hierarchy in the West Suffolk Local Plan Issues and Options - Part 1 - Developing a Spatial Strategy, are shown in the table below even where no new sites have been submitted. 

Settlements identified as type B villages or within the countryside are only shown in the table when a new site has been submitted within that settlement.
