Concreting over farmland and green space. West Suffolk Council declared a 'climate and biodiversity emergency' in July 2020. So why on earth are you building more and more houses everywhere?? I understand West Suffolk supposedly has to build 800 new houses a year (!!!) but my question is - where and when does this stop?? When every last inch of green space is concreted over? When we have nowhere to grow any food??

The site WS144 is very large in proportion to the size of the existing village. It would extend the boundary in a disproportionate linear fashion along a road that is already narrow and has a problem with traffic speeding. The direct access to Newmarket from there is over the heath which has a large volume of racing horse traffic every day, making an increase in car traffic dangerous.
