Brown & Co have been instructed to submit the following representation on behalf of JW Roberts & Partners in respect of Land south of Haysborder Road, Barrow (site WS226) in light of the current Issues & Options consultation. We previously set out in a response on behalf of our client to the Council’s Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) consultation that the site should not be deferred and it is suitable, available and can achieve 300-400 dwellings. |
